Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Safety is an ISBS degree programme (NCQF Level 7), which will enable individuals to perform functions in relation to the formulation and implementation of safety, health and environment policies in accordance with Botswana’s Legislative framework, as well as regional and international best practice. Graduates will become professionals in the industry as occupational health and safety practitioners, risk control specialists, safety and quality assurance managers, SHE officers, SHE auditors, safety inspectors, environmental officers and educators/lecturers.

Bachelor of Science in Public Health is an ISBS degree programme (NCQF Level 7), which will enable individuals to improve quality of life through application of health promotion and disease prevention, manage health organisations and systems, examine the physical, chemical, biological and socio-cultural factors that impact community health, as well as advance public health research to inform and influence policy and practice. Graduates will become professionals in the industry as public health officers, community health workers, health promotion officers, researchers, public health policy development officers, disaster management coordinators, case manager or investigators, health promotion and disease prevention programme or project managers, health facility managers and educators/lecturers.
